If You Can't Receive Verification Codes via Email:

If you haven't received the verification email from GETTR in your inbox, try the following:

  • Check Different Folders: Besides the inbox, check your email's spam, promotions, advertisements, social mail, or junk mail folders.

  • Search Emails: Use the search function in your email to find emails from GETTR.

  • Wait for a While: Sometimes, it may take some time to receive emails. Wait for a while and try sending the verification code again.

  • Try Another Email Address: If you still can't receive it, consider using another email address for verification.

If You Can't Receive Verification Codes via Mobile:

If you're unable to receive verification codes from GETTR on your mobile, try the following:

  • Confirm Mobile Status: Ensure your mobile device can send and receive messages. Check if you have a stable signal.

  • Wait for a While: Sometimes, it might take some time to receive messages. Wait for a while and retry sending the verification code.
