How to Manage GETTR Notifications
GETTR makes it easy to share ideas and connect with others. Here's how you can manage notifications on the app and web:
How to Turn On/Off Mobile Notifications for GETTR:
iOS:
Go to Settings on your iOS device.
Scroll down to find GETTR.
Choose Notifications.
Toggle the Allow Notifications switch on or off.
Choose a type of alert and banner style.
You can also turn sounds and badges on or off.
Android:
Go to Settings on your Android device.
Tap Apps.
Scroll down to find GETTR.
Tap Notifications.
Toggle the Notifications switch on or off or checkbox if necessary. This may appear differently depending on your Android version.
Where to Find the Notifications Timeline:
The Notifications timeline is located under the Bell icon on the app and the web.
Under the All tab, receive notifications on new followers, likes, reposts, or replies to your post.
Under the Mentions tab, receive notifications on who has mentioned you in a post or a reply.
How to Turn In-App Notifications On/Off:
App:
Tap the Bell icon on the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the Settings icon on the upper right corner.
Turn the Notifications on/off based on your preferences.
Web:
Go to Settings – Notifications.
Turn the Notifications on/off based on your preferences.
