How can I reset my password?

Reset password via email:

1. At the login page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your recovery email address
3. Check your email inbox for a verification code. If you have trouble receiving the email from GETTR, please check your spam or junk folder
4. Enter this code, and you're all set

Note: If you did not previously link your account to an email address, you cannot reset your password.

Reset password via Settings:

App:

1. Tap the icon the bottom navigation bar on the app
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap My Account
4. Tap Change password
5. Enter your current password
6. Type in your new password
7. Confirm your new password
8. Tap Save

Web:

1. Click Settings
2. Click Change password
3. Enter your current password
4. Type in your new password
5. Confirm your new password
6. Click Change password
