How to submit a request for GETTR Support

When users run into an issue while navigating the platform/need to report a bug, or when users would like to provide feedback to GETTR's support team, they can follow the below steps to submit a request to GETTR Support:


  1. While logged into your GETTR account, select the "More" button within the left-hand side panel.

  3. You'll be redirected to GETTR's Help Center where we have a plethora of help articles and FAQs for our platform.
  4. From the Help Center, click on the "Submit a Request" button at the top right-hand side of the Help Center page.

  6. Please choose your issue by clicking on the drop-down menu. There you'll see a list of possible topics.

  8. Select a topic from the drop-down menu that best describes the issue, request or feedback you'd like to report/submit to GETTR Support.
  9. Once you've selected a topic, you'll be prompted to fill out a request form providing additional details to your issue, request or feedback:
    1. Your email address
    2. Username/Handle
    3. Subject
    4. Description
    5. Attachements

  11. Once you've filled out the request form, select the red "Submit" button at the bottom left-hand side of the request form page.

  13. Now you've successfully submitted a request to GETTR's Support team, and a Support Agent will be in touch to further assist you within 24-hours.
